Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed with Dixit Mobile (operated by Dixit Retail LLP and Dixit Marketing Private Limited), whether fulfilled by our stores or shipped via courier.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at 8080802502 or support@dixitmobiles.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched (handed over to our delivery team or courier partner), it cannot be cancelled.

For store pickup orders, cancellation is allowed any time before the order is collected. Uncollected pickup orders may be automatically cancelled after 7 days, and the amount refunded.

2. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

Product being out of stock or discontinued

Typographical or pricing errors on the website

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Suspected fraudulent transaction or bulk/trade ordering

Serviceability issues at the delivery location

In all such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Refund of Cancelled Orders

Refunds for eligible cancellations are initiated within 48 hours of cancellation confirmation.

The amount is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable) that are cancelled before dispatch involve no refund, as no payment has been made.
