Welcome to the website of Dixit Mobile, a brand operated by Dixit Retail LLP and Dixit Marketing Private Limited (together "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • This website is operated under the brand "Dixit Mobile". Depending on your delivery location, your order will be fulfilled and invoiced by Dixit Retail LLP (orders serviced by our retail stores, typically within approx. 10 km of a store location), Dixit Marketing Private Limited (orders shipped via courier across India), or an authorised partner store within the Dixit Mobile network operating under its own registered legal entity. In every case, the selling entity and its GSTIN will be clearly stated on your GST invoice ("Seller of Record"), and that entity is responsible for your sale.
  • Your rights, warranty coverage, and customer support remain the same regardless of which entity fulfils your order.
  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing it under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    • 2. Products & Pricing

  • All products sold are 100% genuine with official manufacturer (brand) warranty, unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without notice. Offers displayed on the website or social media are valid only for the stated period and subject to stock availability.
  • In case of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

    • 3. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our acceptance.
  • Payments can be made through the available payment options (UPI, cards, net banking, etc.) via secure third-party payment gateways.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
  • A GST invoice will be issued for every purchase.

    • 4. Warranty

  • All products carry the manufacturer's (brand) warranty only. Warranty claims must be made directly with the brand's authorised service centre as per the brand's warranty terms.
  • Dixit Mobile is a retailer and does not provide any independent warranty beyond the brand warranty, unless explicitly purchased (e.g., extended warranty plans).

    • 5. Delivery & Store Pickup

  • We offer store pickup, express local delivery, and pan-India shipping.
  • Store pickup (free): orders are usually ready the same day or within 24 hours; carry your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.
  • Express local delivery: orders within approx. 10 km of a Dixit Mobile store are delivered directly by the store team, typically the same day (subject to store timings and stock), and invoiced by Dixit Retail LLP.
  • Pan-India shipping: other orders are shipped via trusted courier partners and invoiced by Dixit Marketing Private Limited (or fulfilled by an authorised partner store nearest to you). Typical delivery: 2–5 business days for metros, 3–7 business days elsewhere. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Please check the package for visible damage or tampering before accepting delivery; do not accept a damaged or tampered package and inform us immediately.
  • Ensure your address and phone number are accurate; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details. For high-value items, OTP or ID verification may be required at delivery.

    • 6. Communications & Marketing Consent

  • By creating an account on this website, placing an order, or sharing your contact details with us (online or in-store), you expressly consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from Dixit Mobile and its group entities (Dixit Retail LLP and Dixit Marketing Private Limited). Your acceptance of these Terms at the time of account creation or checkout constitutes a recorded act of consent, and we maintain records of the date, time, and manner of such consent.
  • These communications may be sent via SMS, RCS messaging, WhatsApp, email, and voice calls, and may include order updates, offers, new product launches, price drops, exchange/EMI schemes, and other promotional content.
  • This consent overrides any DND/NDNC registration for communications arising from your relationship with us, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Opt-out: You may withdraw consent for promotional communications at any time by messaging "STOP" on WhatsApp, using the unsubscribe option provided, or contacting us at 8080802502 / support@dixitmobiles.com. Transactional messages (order confirmations, delivery updates, invoices) will continue to be sent as they are essential to fulfilling your order.

    • 7. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and videos — is the property of Dixit Retail LLP or its respective brand owners and may not be copied or used without written permission.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dixit Retail LLP and Dixit Marketing Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased. In any event, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the product giving rise to the claim.

    9. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dixit Retail LLP, Dixit Marketing Private Limited, and their partners, directors, and employees from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, or violation of any law or third-party right.

    10. Force Majeure

    We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, network outages, government actions, or brand/manufacturer supply constraints.

    11. Severability & Waiver

    If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of it.

    12. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Cancellation Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of this website and supersede all prior communications.

    13. Grievance Redressal
